Many of you have contacted the HOA/Activities Director's office regarding the Bright House HD Channels. We have been working with Bright House to resolve your issues and below is the most current information available. Should you still have issues, please call Bright House directly, at the telephone number provided below. Thank you for your patience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING

THE SUMMERGLEN COMMUNITY CHANNEL(S)

Bright House Networks has modified our system to better serve SummerGlen residents to receive the Community Channel and view the front and rear gate cameras from your home.

PLEASE NOTE:

Regular TV

  • Channel 17 is SG Community Channel if your television is not High Definition
  • Channel 98 is Gate Cameras
  • Channel 99 is TV Guide channel

Digital TV

  • Channel 97.1 is SG’s Community Channel if you don’t have a HD/DVR Box
  • Channel 703 is SG’s Community Channel with a HD/DVR Box
  • Channel 704 is Gate Cameras with a HD/DVR Box

To get to the “97.1” channel, enter the actual number “97” on your remote & then push the “up” channel to get to the “.1”.

To get to “703 or 704” channels, again you must enter the actual numbers using the up-down scanning feature on your remote.
